The Foxhunter Park is nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside… but just an hour’s drive from London. Accessibility is the key!
The Foxhunter Park is set in 35 acres of landscaped gardens and palm lined avenues, surrounded by rural farmland. Adjacent to the wide sweeping entrance is the friendly reception and magnificent water garden adorned by an array of mature palms, 17th century Italian statues, flamingo and of course the koi.
Each home has its own manageable garden.
Residents at The Foxhunter Park benefit from all the amenities of the adjacent section however the park retains its privacy and tranquillity with just 27 residential homes.
You are welcome to use the new bar and restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, evening club showing weekend entertainment, tennis court and water gardens and walks just to name a few.
The Foxhunter Residential Park also benefits from designated private parking and visitors parking.

Each home has it’s own manageable garden. Pitch fees (paid 4 weekly). Pitch fees include: maintenance and administration of electricity meters and meter readings; Maintenance of water gardens and features and communal gardens; maintenance of roads and pathways; park street lighting; cctv; security patrols; allotted car park supervision; membership of The Foxhunter Park and associated facilities.
