BOOKING INFORMATION
Bookings & Payments
To reserve a Holiday a £100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. Holidays booked as a last minute offer or within a 4 week period must be paid in full at time of booking.
We will not accept bookings for all male, all female or young persons. Each party must have a responsible adult over the age of 21 years and all members of the party must abide by our Park Rules (a copy will be in your chosen accommodation).
If we feel at any time that any member of the party (this includes dogs) is becoming a nuisance or causing a disturbance to any of our other Guests, Staff or Owners we reserve the right to terminate your Holiday. No refunds will be made.
If we are unable to supply the original accommodation booked, you will accept alternate accommodation offered or the refund of any monies paid without any further liability on our part. We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at any time during your stay.
You are responsible for your dog at all times, it must be kept under control and on a lead at all times. The following dogs are NOT allowed on the Park in accordance with th 1991 Dangerous Dogs Act - Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino & Filo Braziliera.
The charges for the hire of the accommodation shall be accepted as being inclusive of electricity, calor gas, standard equipment and reservation fees unless otherwise stated.
Special Requests/Needs
Please make us aware at the time of booking if you have any special requests or needs. These requests cannot be guaranteed, however, will do our utmost for you.
Cancellation
A cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival any deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellation less than one month before arrival are liable to forfeit any monies paid.
Company Cancellation Cover
A charge of £20.00 paid at time of booking will cover any deposit paid up to 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellations within a 4 week period are refunded at 50% or at the discretion of the Park Management Team.
General Park Information
The speed limit around the Park is 5mph. This must be observed, failure to do so will result in your vehicle being prohibited from the Park.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed on to the Park. Only one vehicle can be parked by your accommodation, any other vehicles must be left in the car park. No vehicle is permitted to drive on any grassed areas.
We do not have Day Passes available, all members of your party must be on your booking confirmation, up to six persons including children & babies.
The following rules are to be observed whilst in The Foxhunter Club: No shorts to be worn in the Club after 8.00pm on Fridays & Saturdays, shirts must be worn at all times in the Club. No glass or bottles to be taken out to the Pool area, plastic is provided.
Only food purchased from the Club may be consumed around the Pool area. Dogs are NOT permitted in the Club or around the Pool area. Children must be accompanied by an adult whilst in the Club at all times, all children under the age of 16 years must vacate the Club by midnight.
Musical instruments, stereo equipment etc. Must not be used within audible distance of any neighbouring caravan. Outdoor fires, firearms, air pistols, catapults and or any other offensive weapons are NOT permitted on the Park
Your accommodation will be ready for you at 2.00pm if you have booked our Gold range & 4.00pm for Silver & Bronze. Please vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the departure day.
Towels & tea towels are not provided. Cots and highchairs can be hired at an extra cost, however, availibilty canot be guaranteed. Please do not introduce any foreign items into the drainage system including toilet wipes, cleaning cloths, nappies, sanitary products, condoms, cooking oil/fat, engine oil, grease or paint. Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation.
Facilities & Entertainment
Facilities/Entertainment may be withdrawn for reasons such as Maintenance, bad weather or lack of demand by the Park Management Team without any further liability on our part. There will be limited facilities during the early and late season, this includes entertainment, catering, bar and shop facilities as well as any other facilities on the Park.
The swimming pool is heated and staffed every weekend from May - September, and every day throughout Whitsun and Summer holidays
