Each home has its own manageable garden.
Residents at The Foxhunter Park benefit from all the amenities of the adjacent section however the park retains its privacy and tranquillity with just 27 residential homes.

Each home has it’s own manageable garden. Pitch fees (paid 4 weekly). Pitch fees include: maintenance and administration of electricity meters and meter readings; Maintenance of water gardens and features and communal gardens; maintenance of roads and pathways; park street lighting; cctv; security patrols; allotted car park supervision; membership of The Foxhunter Park and associated facilities.
